Springbank Rise

The new 103ha community will feature up to 1,100 homes for approximately 3,000 residents.

The future village centre at Springbank Rise will provide an additional local centre to the 3 other local centres already operating. Gungahlin Town Centre is only 5 minutes drive and already boasts all the major retail outlets and supermarkets you will need.

Welcome nights, community activities and events, the forming of community groups and a planned community portal are all part of the community connections program that will launch from mid 2011. Paint and Play Playgroup will launch in late 2011. 

Springbank Rise will feature distinct residential villages that boast a range of homes to suit different lifestyles and budgets. 2 villages; Arcadia and Tataway Ridge are now selling with more villages to be released in the future.

The 10 home Living Options Display Village was opened to the public in February 2011. Featuring the latest in interior designs and each with an individual landscape designed backyard the Display Village is the newest in Canberra.

In addition there will be a mixture of Multi Unit Townhouse and Terrace sites. 15%of all dwellings will be below the ACT Governments affordability criteria.

Springbank Rise is a member on the Bush on the Boundary Reference Group with a particular focus on engaging the neighbouring rural leaseholders in our community.

Playgroup established in partner builders display home garage in partnership with Playgroup Association. Initially for new Mums group and will expand to also have a toddler group by the end of the year.

Neighbourhood Watch groups to be established in 2011.  Project Work Safe Breakfast BBQ’s for onsite builders and contractors.
