Designed in conjunction with Tonkin Zulaikha Greer, Antias is the first project in NSW to receive a Green Star - Multi Unit Residential v1 rating. At the forefront of sustainability, these apartments are flooded in natural light, enjoy cross ventilation direct from Sydney Harbour, and offer smart metering systems in each apartment to track energy and water consumption.

Jacksons Landing is a redevelopment along Sydney harbour-front in Pyrmont Point. Purchased from CSR in 1996, the site is home to 35,000sqm of commercial space, 1,000sqm of retail space, 3.2 hectares of public open space including parks and foreshore promenades, and over 1300 residential units.

62 apartments over 17 levels designed in conjunction with Renzo Piano. With its innovative “green” design and superior finishes, all apartments were sold before completion in 2000.

The Olympic Village was a benchmark project in Australian sustainable urban development. Over 1200 apartments and townhouses were delivered in 2000 and awarded various industry commendations.

Serrata is an edgy residential apartment building offering 144 one and 2 bedroom apartments in the heart of Victoria Harbour. Each apartment has myriad sustainable components, culminating in a 4 star green star rating for the building.

Silk comprises 88 two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses in a 19-storey tower, sitting atop a low-rise boutique podium containing 12 two-bedroom terrace-style apartments. Silk contains several sustainability initiatives including minimum of WELS 4 star rating for appliances, performance glazing to reduce heat load and mechanical requirements, passive and active solar shading with louvres, low voltage lighting in apartments, common area lighting on sensor and water tanks for supply of penthouse plunge pools.

Designed in conjunction with Tzannes & Associates, Knox on Bowman and Stonecutters were awarded the 2012 Architecture Award for Residential Architecture - Multiple Housing at the renowned NSW Australian Institute of Architects awards.

Sugar Dock, Sydney

Sugar Dock comprises 118 two and three-bedroom apartments and skyhomes in a 20-storey tower, sitting atop a low-rise podium containing 14 two bedroom terrace-style boutique apartments. The skyhomes have a higher quality of fittings, fixtures and appliances, fully-tiled floors and an internal glass-fronted lift to private rooftop terraces containing a plunge pool, barbecue and storage facilities and landscaping. All apartments have zoned air-conditioning and security car parking. Sugar Dock has a pool, steam room, change room, small gymnasium, meeting room, two high-speed lifts and expansive informal gardens.

Designed in conjunction with architectural firm, Denton Corker Marshall, The Distillery and Quarry apartments are located in the renowned waterfront community of Jacksons Landing. Offering two and three-bedroom apartments, the views span from the Sydney Harbour Bridge to the Blue Mountains.

The Merchant is located on the corner of Bourke and Merchant Streets. This eight level development sits within the heart of Docklands on what will become the bustling shopping strip and services centre for the area. The Montage is a boutique apartment building of only nine floors including a range of apartments, three-level terraces and penthouses. With only a very limited number of terrace homes to be built at Victoria Harbour, the Montage Terraces Homes offered a very rare and exclusive opportunity for purchasers.

The Mosaic sits at the gateway to Victoria Harbour. A boutique nine story residential development, it features an emphasis on privacy and individual space with only four apartments per floor. Level nine has two apartments on the floor, offering a heightened level of exclusivity for its two penthouses.
