Our expertise includes asset management, development, leasing, marketing and centre facilities management services.

We work in close partnership with our owners, retailers, and suppliers to create integrated shopping environments that are commercially successful as well as socially, environmentally and economically sustainable.

We manage 16 regional and sub-regional assets around Australia, many on behalf of our investment management funds and partners.  This portfolio is valued at almost $5 billion and serves roughly 100 million customers annually.

Macarthur Square, NSW

Macarthur Square

Located just 45 minutes from the city and 40 minutes from the Southern Highlands, the Centre has a gross lettable area (GLA) over 95,000sqm and is home to David Jones, Big W, Target, Woolworths and Cole as well as over 250 specialty retailers. The centre boasts an open air restaurant precinct Kellicar Lane, Event Cinemas complex complete with Gold Class theatres and Kingpin Bowling.

Macarthur Square is also well serviced by transport links with regular bus connections for the main trade area as well as Macarthur train station located adjacent to the shopping centre.

Most recently, Lend Lease, on behalf of the owners of the centre, welcomed the decision by Campbelltown City Council to approve the Development Application for the Macarthur Square redevelopment. The centre redevelopment will deliver a new full line supermarket accompanied by a fresh food market precinct adjacent to a casual dining offer including al fresco dining. It will also include introduce approximately 50 new speciality stores as well as improvements to the centres car parking configuration. 

Lakeside Joondalup, Joondalup WA

Lakeside Joondalup Shopping City is Perth's largest shopping destination with a GLA of approximately 100,000sqm.

Located approximately 25km north of the Perth CBD, the centre has a vast selection of shopping choices including Myer, Coles, Woolworths, Sisters Supa IGA along with Big W, Kmart, Target, Grand Cinemas and over 300 specialty stores to choose from.

This comprehensive retail offering delivers a unique shopping experience to the growing Northern Corridor of Perth. Lakeside Joondalup has over 5000 car spaces and is also the only shopping centre in Perth with access to a train line.

Most recently the centre announced H&M a first to the Perth market.
