Lend Lease provided development and design services and continue to manage Closebourne Village, a safe, friendly community on the banks of the Hunter River. At the centre of the village is heritage-listed Morpeth House, now a resident club house with recreational and dining rooms, a library, dance floor, function hall, enclosed veranda and outdoor barbeque area.  Learn more

We have worked with the Lenbrook Square Foundation since early 1982, when we were contracted to complete the original 17 storey tower at Brookhaven. The new Lenox Tower stands 25-storeys and is home to 142 independent living units and 60 skilled nursing units. It also has a multitude of facilities including three dining areas, on-site health centre and clinic, fitness centre, wellness centre, library, swimming pool, movie theatre and even a convenience store.  Learn more
