The vision for International Towers Sydney at Barangaroo was for a set of buildings with large floorplates and innovative building and technology solutions that could support agile work environments. Designed by Lord Richard Rogers and Ivan Harbour, from the internationally acclaimed Rogers, Stirk, Harbour and Partners, and benchmarked against the best offices around the world, International Towers Sydney provide tenants with a more flexible and dynamic work space that improves collaboration and communication amongst employees and enhances productivity for tenants and clients.  

Lendlease tailored the mechanical, services, technology and energy solutions to ensure that International Towers Sydney can support the higher densities required for agile working. The super-premium office space available at International Towers Sydney, combined with its harbourside location and high quality amenity, has led a number of tenants to relocate their business and people to Barangaroo.

Commonwealth Bank, Darling Quarter, Sydney
Darling Quarter has become a vital hub in Sydney's urban economy. Commonwealth Bank Place provides two, eight-storey, campus-style commercial office buildings, with around 58,000 sqm of office space and 200 undercover parking spaces. 

As part of our commitment to sustainable, innovative urban placemaking, our teams worked hard to achieve the highest green rating possible for Darling Quarter - 6 Star Green Star Office as Built and 6-star Green Star Office Design. The buildings' passive and active design features save 2,500 tonnes of carbon emissions per year and reduce main water consumption by 92 per cent. The integration of arguably Sydney’s most visited children’s playground directly adjacent the tenancy.  
CBA Office, Darling Quarter
Commonwealth Bank, Darling Square, Sydney
Currently under construction, Commonwealth Bank chose again to partner with Lendlease with a new campus-style 26,000 sqm building in Darling Square.  A 6-star Green Star commercial office building designed around connectivity connects people within the building through a large central atrium, and connecting tenants to the community outside through a full height, transparent `window' to the precinct outside. It is designed for a population density of 8sqm per person for building services generally (and 10sqm per person for lifts).

A void from the ground floor connects up through the lower levels to the commercial floors, all the way through to the glazed atrium roof above level 12.  A series of bridges and offset void edges activate the atrium space, creating diverse spaces within the building.

ANZ, Victoria Harbour, Melbourne
To achieve the 6 Star Green Star Rating for ANZ, our team came up with a range of smart solutions, including PV cells on the roof, blackwater recycling, underfloor air conditioning, riverwater cooling and roof gardens all helped reduce energy consumption while providing a superior work environment. 

Inside, Lendlease Design and Lendlease Building worked together with ANZ to provide a fully integrated fitout.

Myer achieved an impressive 5 Star Green Star rating, with roof gardens and interconnecting stairs to help ensure a better flow of people within the office environment.

Myer managed the fitout design, while Lendlease Building constructed it.

NAB decided that in order to collaborate better, they needed an office fitout that supported more interaction. Their 5 Star Green Star buildings comes with a host of innovative work features and a highly connected space that generates better cross-pollination between teams and skillsets.

This fully integrated fitout was delivered by Lendlease Design and Lendlease Building.
