DIVERSITY & INCLUSION GOVERNANCE

A strong internal governance structure supports our drive for an inclusive workplace. We have an established global Diversity Council, with agreed global priorities to achieve market leadership in workplace inclusion. Our regional Diversity Councils supplement the work of our Global Council. We have Employee Resource Groups to advocate for diversity issues across our company, and our dedicated Diversity & Inclusion team drives strategy and policy development, ensuring that we focus daily on creating an inclusive workplace.
