Our team in São Paulo provide integrated, industry-leading services in project management & construction and public-private partnerships. With an in-depth understanding of the conditions and regulations affecting the local construction market, we consistently deliver projects that surpass our clients’ expectations.
Our clients benefit from our expertise and experience, as well as our ability to maximise property outcomes across the full range of economic cycles. Across the wider Latin American region, we’ve completed 22 office projects, 15 hotel projects and numerous arts and cultural facilities. We were also responsible for developing 900,000 sqm2 of residential space and 600,000 sqm2 in retail projects.
