Lend Lease was assigned as construction manager for the preconstruction and construction phases for this project, part of the Universidad de Monterrey (UDEM) Master Plan 2008-2018. The UDEM aims to make their Art, Architecture and Design School an icon at regional and international levels. Following the master plan, the building will be located at the future main entrance to the campus.

Lend Lease carried out construction management for the preconstruction and construction phases of this mixed use project on Río Elba and Paseo de la Reforma. The 57-story building includes office space for leasing, five stories for public use, restaurants, shops and a health club.

Lend Lease worked as project manager for the preconstruction and construction stages of this luxury residential building in Mexico City. The project includes 221 apartments of 78 m2 across 15 floors and five underground parking levels. Amenities are located in the first floor and in the roof garden. The building is integrated by two bodies which will be developed in two stages.
