We’ve been working in China since 1993, and in that time we’ve worked on more than 250 projects across a range of sectors. We’ve delivered showcase cultural projects such as the award-winning Australian Pavilion Project at Shanghai’s 2010 World Expo, and luxurious hotel developments such as the 5-star Banyan Tree Resort in Lijang, Yun Nan Province in China. Our many commercial developments include the Nokia Beijing campus, which won China’s first LEED Gold certification (the New Construction category). In the industrial sector we’ve completed more than 150 facilities and forged lasting relationships with multinational clients such as GE, Thermo fisher and BP. Our residential projects include the resort-style Shanghai Racquet Club.
