Customising solutions for our Singapore clients

We’ve been providing project management and construction capabilities in Singapore for around 40 years. We now also leverage these skills to provide a one-stop solution known as ‘Design & Build with two stage Guaranteed Maximum Price’.  We take an open book approach, to give our clients total transparency during procurement.  Our ‘share-of-savings’ model means our clients also enjoy more efficient value engineering. 

Lend Lease can undertake any project of value facilitated by the Singapore Government.  We’ve also been Citigroup’s trusted project manager for several years. Our notable construction projects include a ‘construct only’ office fitout for Standard Chartered Bank at Marina Bay Financial Centre, completed under budget and two months ahead of schedule.  This was one of our largest single office fitouts, with more than 500,000 square feet across 24 levels.

At Lend Lease in Singapore, we’re committed to sustainability and consistently help our clients to achieve GreenMark Platinum ranking for their projects.  These range from industrial clients like Xilinx and Grundfos to retail malls like 313@somerset and PoMo. We assisted CIti and Standard Chartered Bank to achieve LEED certifications.  And, we’re current working with Singapore Pools to convert a twelve year old building to a GreenMark certified headquarters.
