Our flagship residential projects include the 2012 Athletes’ Village and Hungate, York and we also build and manage iconic retail developments, like Bluewater in Kent where a new Events Venue will open in 2011. Our community-building skills are on show in ambitious mixed-use developments and urban regeneration schemes such as Elephant & Castle in London.
Partnerships are central to the way we do business, and we’ve partnered with government and local authorities to deliver industry-leading projects across healthcare, education, waste management, transport infrastructure and defence. We’ve built, managed and continue to operate eight major Public Private Partnership hospitals, including Central Manchester Hospitals. In transport, our notable projects include John Lennon Liverpool Airport. We’ve also completed more than 250 educational projects and are the largest prime contractor to the UK Ministry of Defence.
