We also offer extensive experience in facilities management for public institutions such as schools, hospitals in the UK and military housing communities in the US.
In Australia, we have owned and managed shopping centres for more than 40 years. We provide centre management, leasing and other property management services for a number of leading centres. These include Sunshine Plaza on Queensland's Sunshine Coast, Erina Fair on the NSW Central Coast and MidCity Centre in Sydney’s CBD. We’re also active in the Australasian retirement sector, managing more than 70 retirement villages across both Australia and New Zealand.
We’re one of Singapore’s most successful retail managers, with a portfolio that includes flagship Singapore shopping malls such as 313@somerset and Parkway Parade.
In the UK, we continue to manage a number of the large-scale retail centres that we partnered with investors to develop. These include Bluewater in Kent, Golden Square in Warrington and Touchwood in Solihill. We also provide high-quality facilities management for public schools and hospitals across the United Kingdom.
In the United States, we’ve been recognised for our value-added management of military housing communities such as the Atlantic Marine Corps Communities, the country’s largest residential solar thermal energy project. We’ve also established a reputation for our facilities management of leading hospitals and healthcare facilities, from ambulatory surgery centres to medical office buildings.
Whatever the country, we combine a commitment to top investment performance with hands-on management expertise. Our integrated capabilities range from asset management, leasing and marketing to centre and facilities management. We also count master planning and development, health and safety and sustainability amongst our core competencies. Sunshine Plaza, Marrochydoore, Queensland, Australia
We are property managers for this unique retail centre in regional Queensland, which consistently rates amongst Australia’s most productive shopping centres. We use proactive management and authentic marketing to strengthen our connections with customers and the local community.
Erina Fair Shopping Centre, NSW Central Coast, Australia
We manage this shopping centre, designed to reflect the region’s relaxed coastal lifestyle. Operating since 1987, the centre has undergone several redevelopments and now includes a range of leisure facilities, including an ice-skating rink and health club within an outdoor entertainment and dining precinct.
Atlantic Marine Corps Communities, USA
This is Lend Lease’s largest single Military Housing Privatization project. It consists of 11 community centres, parklands and open spaces as well as an innovative recycling and reuse program. We are responsible for ongoing maintenance and management of 8,059 homes until 2055. The project is also the largest residential solar thermal energy project in the United States.
Campbell Crossing, Fort Campbell, Kentucky, USA
In 2003 Lend Lease was selected to develop new communities for the families stationed at the historic base of Fort Campbell, home of the 101st Airborne Division. We engaged with the residents and leadership of the base to gain a better understanding of the needs and desires of all involved. The facility includes the First Zero Energy homes on a military installation.
313@Somerset, Singapore
We provide full property management services for this retail development on Singapore’s premier shopping strip of Orchard Road. 313@somerset is Singapore’s leading retail destination, providing mid level fashion and food in an environment where a unique sensitivity to customer service creates a refreshingly different experience.
Parkway Parade, Singapore
Lend Lease is the property manager for Parkway Parade, one of Singapore’s oldest and most popular suburban malls. We provide centre management for 260 retailers, as well as a medical centre, fitness centre and a 17-storey office tower. The shopping mall is a mixed use development, with 49,123 square metres of retail and 3,098 square metres of office space. We continue to expand the retail mix as part of the centre’s redevelopments. Lend Lease is one of the pioneers of asset enhancement to existing assets in Singapore and it remains one of our core competencies of the Group.
Bluewater, Kent, UK
Bluewater is one of Lend Lease’s highest-profile retail assets. Within its first year of trading, Bluewater had became the benchmark for quality British retailing, winning a multitude of international awards including a Millennium Product mark. Its innovative fusion of retail and leisure spaces has made it a popular day out destination. The average Bluewater guest spends around three hours at the centre, and 98 per cent of guests surveyed in exit polls say their visit is highly enjoyable.
Lancashire Building Schools for the Future, Lancashire, UK
We have won two community awards for our management of 14 schools and two academies in and around Burnley and Nelson in the United Kingdom. Through life-cycle maintenance, we ensure the long-term efficiency of these valuable community resources. We also work closely with headteachers, local authorities, academy sponsors, pupils, parents and community groups to deliver a service that reflects the needs of all stakeholders.
Manchester Joint Hospitals, Manchester, UK
We provide facility management services for these four, ultra-modern hospitals which together comprise Europe’s second-largest hospital site. The United Kingdom’s largest children’s hospital also sits on the 265,000 square metre site. Our highly-trained and experienced team maintenance carry out preventative and reactive upkeep in compliance with statutory and NHS guidelines. They also have an on-call service to respond to repairs and faults outside normal working hours.
