Labelled the “jewel in the crown” of Melbourne’s Docklands area, Victoria Harbour is one of Australia’s largest and most prestigious waterfront developments. It incorporates more than 2,000 apartments across two distinct residential offerings – the landmark Convesso apartment building and the edgy Serrata complex. There are also parklands, open space and more than 250,000 square meters of commercial space. Lend Lease was responsible for the design, development and project and construction management of this luxurious waterfront redevelopment on the tip of Pyrmont Point. Set on the site of an old sugar dock, Jacksons Landing combines a coveted harbourside position with parklands, cycleways and harbourside promenades. It’s also a short walk to Pyrmont’s shops, restaurants and cafes and attractions such as Darling Harbour, the Lyric Theatre and the Sydney Fish Markets. There are a total of 1,339 residential units across the towers of Quarry, Distillery, Evolve, Stonecutters, Sugardock and Silk. We provided construction management for this £108 million flagship Berkeley Homes development on the River Thames, next to Chelsea Bridge. This multi phased, mixed-use development features residential accommodation, wrapped around a central landscaped courtyard. There are also commercial blocks comprising an office, hotel, health club, restaurants and retail units and associated car parking and landscaping. A new river walkway will also be provided together with a new road junction off the busy Queenstown Road.

Lend Lease worked as owner representative for this new residential development located in the Barracas neighborhood of Buenos Aires City. We’re project managing this sustainable development in partnership with leading Malaysian developers SP Setia Berhad. The development is targeting Green Building Index Certification and features breakthrough vehicular and pedestrian connections, extensive landscaping and a place-making theme.

Showground Hill is one of Australia’s largest mixed-use, urban regeneration projects. The integrated urban renewal ‘super precinct’ incorporates residential, commercial, retail, educational and cultural hubs through its and refurbished RNA facilities, a series of public landscaped spaces, hotel and convention facilities, parking and a 4,000 square metre fresh-food market.
