In the Americas our showcase projects include the five-star Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York and the luxury Punto Sao Paulo complex in Guadalajara, Mexico.
We’ve delivered first-class resorts across Asia and our UK experience includes flagship London hotels like the Langham Hilton and The Landmark. We’ve constructed more than 50 hotels and resorts in Italy and also have a large presence in the hospitality sector across Spain, Russia and the Middle East.
We also manage more than 8,000 hotel rooms across 21 military installations in the United States and Puerto Rico.

Hayman Island is one of Australia’s most prestigious luxury resorts. So an extremely high standard of work was required for all aspects of the staged redevelopment project to meet the 6 star design requirements. We were responsible for the design brief, cost planning, project management and construction management for the entire redevelopment. All objectives in terms of design and construction, quality, time and cost were achieved.
We provided project management and construction services for the two-phase refurbishment of Singapore’s Novotel Clarke Quay Hotel. Phase 1 involved the upgrading of 185 guest rooms, reception areas, lift lobbies, restaurants, café, hotel destinations. In Phase 2, nine floors of hotel rooms were refurbished over a six month period.
Lend Lease managed the construction of this 17-storey, 906,000 square foot resort development on Clearwater Beach. The Aqualea building program includes 250 timeshare hotel condominium units, 18 private residence condominiums and 764 parking spaces for resident, hotel and public use. We provided construction management services for this luxury hotel conversion overlooking Barcelona’s prestigious Passeig de Gràcia. The hotel features 98 rooms and suites, a landscaped interior garden and interiors by one of Spain’s leading designers. Learn more
We were contracted to complete this two-stage lump sum assignment. The £35 million project delivered a 246-bed, four-star Hilton Hotel on a 13-acre business estate between London Bridge and Tower Bridge. It incorporated accommodation over 10 floors and a ground floor with reception, dining and bar areas and back of house facilities like the main kitchen. Function, meeting and conference facilities were housed on Level 2, while two basement levels housed support facilities. We also made maximum use of off-site on fabrication to speed up the construction program.
