We’ve established a strong presence in Europe too, working in Spain’s pharmaceutical sector with multi-national pharmaceutical clients such as Wyeth Farma, Frosst Iberica, GlaxoSmithKline and Abbot Laboratories. We’re also leveraging our international experience for success in Russia’s expanding pharmaceutical market.

We provided project management, design and construction management services for this US$12.5 million project. It involved delivering a 13,000 square metre facility to manufacture parts for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and ultrasound machines. Considerable project management skills were needed to fast-track the project through design, local authority approvals and procurement. We worked to strict safety, quality and budget controls and completed the project to deadline, despite construction commencing in the middle of China’s ‘Plum Rain’ season.
This cell culture facility plant was completed in 2010; a manufacturing facility to support the increasing demand for biological products. We managed the construction of the facility which houses clinical and commercial manufacturing, warehousing, central utility and administrative offices, along with the flexibility to operate four bioreactors simultaneously. We provided construction management and design for this new build project, which was delivered in a tight five month timeframe. Our pharmaceutical division designed the 1,300 square metre facility. Our team also defined the project’s cost, time, environmental and quality objectives in a detailed procurement plan.
We provided concept design services for this flagship Academic Health Science Centre facility, which united medical staff spread across different campuses. It also houses treatment and research facilities, including Europe’s largest cardiovascular research lab, in the same building. A central atrium connects west block laboratories with east block offices for scientists and researchers.
