Lend Lease delivered the complete design and construction of this new data centre facility. We worked closely with the client to initially develop the overall facility strategy and project design brief. We then undertook a range of detailed studies regarding industry best practice, trends and benchmarks, as well as technical and concept design studies to allow the client an informed decision making process.
This is the world’s largest solar manufacturing complex, producing wafers, cells and modules for the global market. The S$2.8 billion project was completed in a record 15 months and involved the installation of over 16,000 piles, 3,000 tonnes of piperack steel, 30,000 metres of piping and 14,000 metres of HV cable.
We provided project management, cost planning, architectural and structural design services for the £400 million construction of three new data centres in northern England.
Lend Lease was responsible for the construction management of the refurbishment of BBVA data centre in an occupied building in Tres Cantos in Madrid.
