Graduate Opportunities

Enrich Your Career

At Lend Lease, we work with communities, clients and our colleagues to create positive legacies from funding a project right through to developing and constructing state of the art buildings and infrastructure, including hospitals, roads and bridges. We also create vibrant residential communities, productive workplaces and retail destinations.

In Australia we offer structured graduate programs in accounting and finance that operate across the full spectrum of the Lend Lease business, graduate construction and engineering roles in both our engineering and building businesses, as well as roles in engineering design and architectural design. As a member of the Lend Lease graduate program, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse, team-based environment, gaining experience that will not only enrich your career but will broaden your understanding and knowledge of our business and the property and construction industry.

The Recruitment Process

Once you have applied, you may be asked to complete an online assessment. Your application will also be reviewed by our graduate recruitment team with potential candidates contacted to complete a telephone interview.

Those that are successful at this stage of the process will be invited to a presentation on Lend Lease and a group assessment centre. Offers to join Lend Lease as a graduate will be made shortly after.
