| Our recruitment philosophy is to provide all applicants with an opportunity to demonstrate their talents. | |
| 1. | Online Application: Where you have the chance to tell us about your achievements and academic success. Applications will be reviewed by the Graduate Recruitment team against a set of pre-defined capabilities. |
| 2. | Presentation: Successful applicants may be invited to a presentation, which gives candidates and managers a chance to get to know you in an informal environment. It also allows candidates to gain valuable information about our programme. |
| 3. | Role Play/Group Exercise: This involves a group of six to seven candidates working on a task within a set time frame. Pre-work is not necessary, but we expect candidates to come prepared to be challenged and ready to contribute. The aim is observe how candidates operate in a team environment. |
| 4. | Interview: If you are successful in the role play you’ll be invited to attend one or two interviews, which usually last for around 45-60 minutes. Your interviewers will be an HR representative and a relevant manager from the business unit. |
| 5. | Offer: If you are successful in the final stage of our process you will be contacted by phone and a written offer of employment will follow. |
