Lend Lease Ventures is a business unit that acts as Lend Lease’s venture capital arm. It identifies, reviews and invests in emerging technologies and business opportunities relevant to the group’s wider sphere of competencies, with a particular focus on Sustainability. Investments to date include businesses which operate in the renewable energy space and commercial scale water treatment solutions providers.
Lend Lease Ventures will continue to focus on opportunities relevant to property development and construction with a view to enabling commercial leverage off Lend Lease's existing businesses and core capabilities.
Lend Lease Ventures is based in Australia, however, it has a global investment mandate.
