Never before have we had to contemplate changing our ways so wholly and quickly as we have with the challenges posed by environmental and social change.
For Lend Lease, staying still is not an option. We know we must take risks to move forward. But given the increased uncertainty and risk associated with complex new regulatory issues, new technologies and emerging trends, the delivery of an effective quality assurance and operational risk management programme has never been more important.
Fortunately, risk and opportunity assessment is an integral part of our culture. We have the systems in place to prepare us for the unexpected and to anticipate what lies ahead for our sector and the regions in which we operate.
