We team up with organisations around the world including BeyondBlue, Mates in Construction, Bupa, and Uprise to learn more about what we can do to make our workplaces around the world mentally healthy for our employees.

Today, we have more than 850 trained Mental Health First Aid officers who acquire the skills and knowledge to spot early signs of poor mental health problems, guide people towards the right support and reduce stigma around mental illness.

We introduced Wellbeing Leave in 2015, giving our employees one work day every quarter to take care of their health and wellbeing.
