CONSTRUCTION

Reshaping Cityscapes and Redefining Skylines

Lendlease brings 95 years of construction experience to plan, build and manage projects of all sizes, scopes and complexity levels, including some of the most signature projects in the US. Upholding the highest standards of safety, sustainability and quality, in the past 20 years alone we have completed more than 3,500+ projects nationwide.

Our construction business provides a range of services including construction management, general contracting, design/build, program/project management, multi-site solutions, owner's representation, preconstruction and consulting services.

We have delivered some of Americas' most iconic projects.

Most recently, such projects include National September 11 Memorial and Museum, Time Warner Center and 432 Park Avenue.

As a top property developer, our breadth of capabilities and leadership in various market sectors results in the delivery of sustainable, vibrant places for people to live, work, visit and play.

Utilizing our best-in-class origination led integrated model, we develop, finance, build, own and operate in the following markets include: Urban Regeneration, Communities, Privatized Lodging, Healthcare, Telecommunications and Energy.

Current projects include 281 Fifth Avenue, New York; Clippership Wharf, Boston; and Riverline, Chicago.

Lendlease creates master planned, sustainable, mixed-use communities throughout the US that enrich the lives of our residents and create value for owners.

Lendlease is the nation’s leader in public/private community development, having worked extensively with the Department of Defense through the Military Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI), a program that provides for the transfer of military housing assets to private sector companies. We are also the Department of Defense’s exclusive partner for its lodging privatization program.

With over 41,000 residential units, 192 apartments and more than 12,000 hotel rooms in its portfolio, Lendlease finances, develops, builds, renovates and operates these sites for at least 50 years.

The Finance team provides the strategic and operational finance support to all areas of the Lendlease business. This includes establishing systems, processes and reporting platforms to support business performance, analysis and day to day management.
