Australia Square was the world's tallest lightweight concrete building when completed in Sydney in 1967. It was a unique construction by Australia's global builder Lendlease, which also built the Opera House. 

In the second part of a series marking the construction giant's 60 years, The Australian Financial Review follows Lendlease's development from its Dutch immigrant founder to the global leadership team of today running operations out of New York, Singapore and London.
