At Smithfield we will look to deliver:
- A new home for Birmingham’s historic Bull Ring Markets.
- A unique family destination that includes leisure and cultural facilities.
- A new public square.
- Integrated public transport.
- More than 2,000 homes, with a public park and community facilities.
This £1.9bn redevelopment project has captured the imagination of the local community and international investors alike.
We are pleased to be working alongside Birmingham City Council and look forward to collaborating on our shared aim to achieve net zero carbon, by 2025 and 2030 respectively.
