Australian Small Business Suppliers Payment Code

As a supporter of the Business Council of Australia’s small business supplier payment code, Lendlease is offering small business payment terms upon receipt of a correct invoice or receipt of a correct product (whichever is the later) to suppliers who meet the following criteria:

have an Australian ABN; and
have revenue of no more than A$10 million in the last year (excluding businesses that are part of a consolidated group of companies).

Small business payment terms are:

a) subject to (b) and (c), 30days:
b) 45 days for suppliers who provide construction products and/or services; or
c) otherwise mutually agreed terms
