Agency queries

Within each of our regions we have a centralised national Talent Acquisition function with full responsibility for managing the recruitment process, candidate attraction strategy, and employment brand across our diverse business. On the rare occasion that we cannot fill these roles ourselves, we will engage directly agencies with whom we have previously established relationships. In this instance, we will contact the agencies to brief them on the role and this is the only time that we accept agency candidates. Outside of this scenario we do not accept or track floated candidates.
Any resume received outside of this process will not be identified or acknowledged as owned by any agency forwarding them.
