Lendlease Australia Graduate Program
Our Graduate Program is a 2-year development program, where you will be provided with formal learning and development workshops that will increase your capability and set you up to be future ready.
Our program has a variety of roles that you can apply for that cover our Investment Management, Property Development, Construction and Enterprise Support Business. Our program is open to graduates from a wider variety of degree disciplines than you might think. Whichever stream, role or team you join, you will be part of a national cohort of graduates where you will be on the journey together, learning and building strong relationships.
You’ll apply the expertise you gain from working on a variety of projects and roles to help create safe, sustainable places that leave a positive legacy for generations to come.
You’ll be based here in Australia and play your own, meaningful, part in protecting the environment through our commitment to sustainability and Mission Zero targets.

Why our Graduate Program?
The experience is what you make it, and we know that the best learning comes from doing. Over the two-year program, you will have a minimum of two rotations within your hired stream. They may vary in length and timing based on what’s happening in our businesses and current projects underway.
As a Lendlease Graduate, you are given the opportunity to work on meaningful and innovative projects, work alongside industry thought leaders, build networks across the business and gain exposure to senior leaders.
Our formal Graduate development program allows you to stay connected with your cohort while developing key skills and capabilities to get you future ready. This is complemented by role-specific on-the-job learning that is supported by your Line Manager and team/s.

Requirements
- At Lendlease we only accept applications if you have an Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Resident.
- Must have graduated and be able to commence full time work from program commencement date.
