We would encourage you to research each of the streams, the types of Graduate opportunities available and the range of projects to select the role that best suits your career aspirations. Our streams are Construction, Development, Investment Management and Enterprise Support.

Sponsorship is not available through the Lendlease Global Graduate Program. At time of application, candidates are required to hold Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency. Relevant documentation will be required as part of your application.

The Undergraduate Program starts November – February each year. Expressions of interest is now open for the 2024 intake. The expression of interest is to keep up to date with the latest Lendlease news, exclusive events and updates from the recruitment team as to when the official applications open.

Each year’s intake is dependent upon the recruitment requirements of each location and business unit.

Yes, you are still eligible to apply for our Graduate Program. We recruit graduates with some work experience or who are pursuing postgraduate courses. If you have substantial work experience, please visit our Careers Page for other opportunities.

• Hold Australian/ New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency at time of application
• Hold a relevant degree
• Be available to start work full time by the commencement of the Program

Lendlease offers Graduates a competitive salary that is mapped to what is in the market and reviewed regularly. As a permanent Lendlease employee you will also have access to a range of employee benefits, which can be viewed on our Benefits section. Specific salary details will be provided to you at time of offer.

In Australia, the Graduate Program will commence in February 2025.

You can log into your account at any time to check the status of your Graduate application.

To acknowledge your application you will be sent a system generated email to confirm receipt. The Graduate Recruitment Team will be in touch via phone or email to confirm the next stage of your application. 

From the  Sign in section, select 'Forgot Password’. Type in your username (which is your email address) and select 'submit‘. A temporary password will be emailed to your email address. Once you receive this email, use the temporary password supplied to login to your profile, where you will then be prompted to enter a new password of your choosing.
