Undergraduate opportunities
Lendlease is committed to nurturing the next generation of industry leaders. Our Summer Undergraduate Program offers exceptional opportunities for talented students to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills.
Our 12-week, full-time summer Undergraduate program is a unique opportunity for our Construction Undergraduates to gain valuable on the job experience. Participants will immerse themselves in our company culture, learn about our diverse range of projects, and work alongside industry experts. Successful completion of the program may lead to Graduate opportunities. This however is dependent on performance, project and resource requirements. The program commences in November and concludes in February, with a break over our annual shutdown period.
You will be supported through the program and be provided with:
- Guidance as you learn about Lendlease Australia
- Practical onsite experience
- Exposure to best-in-class projects
- Unique learning experiences including technical learning sessions from our SMEs
- Opportunities to connect with senior leaders from across the business.
