- Public holiday swap. Providing flexibility to swap three public holidays for days that have more cultural and religious significance to the individual employee.
- 6 weeks paid gender affirmation leave
- 10 days paid cultural leave to all full time and part time First Nations employees per calendar year.
- Post parental leave support. Return to work coaching and family hub support while transitioning back to the workplace after parental leave.

Our Inclusion Networks are integral to building an inclusive culture and thriving business. Chaired by an executive sponsor for each group, these networks are driving positive changes in the way we do things.
