Jane Hansen, our Group Head of Talent and Diversity, said: “The team has worked incredibly hard to create a Graduate Program that supports the graduates we employ as well as our business needs. This recognition cements our efforts in empowering our graduates to become the leaders of the future and help us to create the best places.”

The Top 100 Graduate Employer rankings are based on the results of a survey capturing more than 16,000 votes cast by university students. The survey explores career motivations and expectations, and asks students to nominate graduate employers that most appeal to them.

The award follows several other recent accolades for our graduate program, including being named as number 28 on the Top100 Most Popular Graduate Employers Australia by GradConnection and the Australian Financial Review, and making it onto Australia’s Top 75 Graduate Employers at number 62 as voted by graduates.

Zane, Graduate Electrical Engineer said, “The graduate program is an amazing opportunity for learning, especially if you aren’t sure what it is exactly you want to do long term. The options are always there, and your potential at this company is limitless.”

“There are two key pieces of work I have been proud of. The first being the WestConnex 3a tender, working as the Lead Controls Engineer for the tender period. This involved heading the design of the several key systems to the operation of a tunnel, such as traffic control, plant control and network control.

“The other moment was travelling to Brussels, Belgium to test the lighting control system for the NorthConnex project. This testing was vital to ensure their proposed system was capable of integrating into the control system already designed. The time spent there was mostly spent trying to test the limits of the system…” he continued.
