Construction has started on Queensland’s first engineered timber office building. 25 King’s innovative design and timber construction contribute an architectural statement to the fabric of King Street. Prefabricated timber floors, columns and beams complement high ceilings and striking windows, bringing the nature of the forest into your workspace. 25 King will be the definition of a connected, collaborative workspace for high performance teams.

Kingsgate is a Six Star Green Star certified commercial building - it is one of many planned for the precinct. Situated at the heart of Brisbane Showgrounds, commercial workers and visitors will flow through the new high street, King Street, day and night with retailers offering them total convenience – what they want, right when they want it.
