The gold award celebrates creative and innovative design for branded experiences intended to persuade an audience to purchase or take some action upon products, ideas or services.

Lendlease also collected a silver for its Apartments Customer Experience in the Marketing – Event Experience category, with events including customer Hard Hat tours and Pre-Settlement Inspections across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. The second silver was awarded to the No. 1 Collins Wharf apartment brochure in the Graphic Design Publication section.

“The centre is a champion in innovation for Lendlease, with interactive and immersive features that challenge the current notion of a sales centre.

“We’ve taken a more innovative approach to marketing apartments by creating a space that caters to the full customer journey.”

Unlike a traditional display suite with a finished apartment prototype, the 300 square metre centre envisions the Victoria Harbour precinct in Docklands through a number of interactive and immersive installation zones.  

Lendlease’s vision was to create a state-of-the-art physical sales space that would deliver the most superior apartments customer experience in Australia. The specific requirements were to design and develop a space that catered to the full apartment customer journey (from prospect to post-settlement, community member to repeat purchaser),while demonstrating Lendlease’s commitment to quality, sustainability, innovation and global capability.  

The design responds to customer and adequately communicate Lendlease’s international vision and the local Victoria Harbour story.  The centre includes invisible zones to facilitate the customer journey and functional requirements of the business.
