The plan proposes:

A retirement community with 298 independent living units and associated amenities. A 108 bed aged care facility. Facilities and areas open to the general public including a café, restaurant, bar and a bowling green.

Location

The proposed development is located at Brisbane Racing Club’s Doomben Racecourse at 52 Hampden Street, Ascot, QLD, 4007.

  • Creating local jobs including skilled medical and allied health roles;
  • Through the creation of new spaces across the site, locals and the public will have new areas to enjoy where they can dine, entertain and enjoy leisure activities.
