Through our brand-new Workplaces Social Impact Grant, we’re partnering with local not-for-profit organisations to help make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.

At Lendlease, we’re more than just passionate about making a difference in our local communities. It’s what we do every day. We're committed to creating workplaces that give more at every level. Our workplaces don't just support productivity, but also foster real social value. With our new Workplaces with Impact Grant, we're creating opportunities for innovation and interaction.

Across our Investment Management Workplace portfolio*, we’re already setting aside $5 per 10 square metres to support our social impact partners. Now, we’re going one better. In October this year, we called out for not-for-profit organisations to partner with. The criteria called for applicants that we could build long-term partnerships with, helping to improve economic prosperity within our communities and cities.

We’ll be working closely with successful grant recipients, focusing on improving the education, skills development, and employment outcomes of underrepresented groups. Bringing decades of experience, Lendlease hopes to go beyond providing grants by offering activations, volunteering opportunities, and procurement support.

We know that partnerships like this work, as we’ve seen through a long-term relationship with Two Good Co., a social enterprise supporting women with lived experience of domestic violence and homelessness. Since 2020, our partnership has seen the procurement of hand soaps for our workplaces, pop-up marketplaces, and volunteer opportunities for our teams. Through these initiatives, we've been able to create both social and placemaking value—turning the simple act of washing hands into an opportunity to make a difference. Our upcoming Vic X precinct in North Sydney will take this partnership even further, where Two Good will run our Lobby café, in-house catering, and Concierge services.

Together, we're creating workplaces that go beyond desks and meeting rooms. We're making places where every action can have a positive impact on someone else’s life. This is Workplaces with Impact—achieving more, together.
