From curated gifts to meaningful donations, 12 Days of Giving brought festive cheer to our Lendlease workplaces and beyond.

There’s something truly special about the festive season in a Lendlease workplace. It’s a time when people come together, our Lobbies hum with a lively buzz, and acts of generosity flow freely from all corners of our community.

This year, our 12 Days of Giving captured that spirit, creating moments of joy and connection, while making a meaningful difference in the lives of countless Australians.

Throughout the initiative, our workplaces were alive with excitement as customers eagerly queued to collect a series of highly coveted daily giveaways. From kookaburra socks, to CandleXchange soy candles and custom-created aprons, each item was chosen to bring a touch of festive cheer to those who help make our spaces thrive.

Adding to the festive atmosphere, our Lobbies were transformed with beautiful displays of vibrant colours and interactive elements. A custom arrangement and recording of the 12 Days of Christmas song added an extra layer of fun, with lyrics rewritten to reflect the daily gifts. The song was revealed line by line as each day progressed, building anticipation and creating a unique sense of celebration across our workplace assets.

This spirit of generosity extended far beyond the walls of our buildings. For a second year, we partnered with the Indigenous Literacy Foundation, donating $37,000 worth of books created by First Nations authors. These books, selected with the help of our tenant customers, will inspire and empower children in remote communities across Australia.

Adding another layer of impact, our tenant partners were invited to nominate charities with causes close to their hearts. Lendlease made donations to these selected organisations on behalf of our buildings, enabling direct support for a wide range of important initiatives. Select tenant partners matched these contributions, amplifying the impact and ensuring that the spirit of giving resonated far and wide. 

By the end of the 12 Days of Giving, more than 28,000 presents had been distributed to our workplace community, and over $70,000 was donated to charities. Each gift, donation, and block of time dedicated to selecting charities highlighted the profound impact of coming together to give back.

The 12 Days of Giving is a reflection of what makes our Lendlease workplaces so unique. It is not just about the buildings or the businesses within them, but about the people and the connections we create. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this season brighter for our communities.
