As of 29 November 2024, Stockland alongside its partner Supalai, has acquired 12 of our 15 communities. While these projects are now managed by Stockland, we proudly continue to shape the future of Jordan Springs, King Central, and Elliot Springs—three vibrant communities where new stories will be written and new memories made. These remaining projects will carry forward our legacy of creating places where people feel proud to call home.

Lendlease Retirement Living has rebranded following consultation with the company’s three key shareholders including Aware Super, APG Asset Management and Lendlease. What was formally known as Lendlease Retirement Living will now be Keyton.
Keyton will continue to manage its 75 retirement villages with more than 13,000 homes and over 17,000 residents across Australia. Learn more
