Construction underway on new waterfront homes at Collins Wharf

Melbourne, 7 August 2024: Construction at Lendlease’s new waterfront residential development, Regatta, is underway as the next chapter of Victoria Harbour’s Collins Wharf precinct comes to life.
Located uniquely between the Yarra River and the harbour, where Collins Street meets the water, Regatta at Collins Wharf is a 29-storey development designed by architect Warren and Mahoney, featuring a mix of 317 residences that offer sought after views of the water.
