Lendlease is committed to proactively facilitating opportunities for local procurement, employment and training opportunities for the community throughout construction of the hospital.

All construction works packages will be procured via the Industry Capability Network (ICN) website:

  • Early Works consists of more than 30 packages and are scheduled to commence immediately following planning approval in mid-2019.
  • Main Works are targeted for release in mid-late 2019, with award subject to approval of the Stage 2 SSD application.
Visit the Tweed Valley Hospital Project listing on the ICN website.

The Tweed Valley Hospital project team encourages all Tweed and Northern NSW subcontractors and suppliers to register on ICN and view the packages available. By registering, you will also be alerted when new packages and will receive other relevant project information.

We’re also working with the JT Academy, Master Builders Association NSW, TAFE NSW, a range of Indigenous training organisations and other associations to maximise opportunities for local employment and training.
