Above the station’s southern entrance will be a 42-storey building across 58,000 square metres of high-tech, premium space for office and retail use. Below the building, a retail-activated laneway will provide convenience and amenity to tenants and the community.
The project is targeting the highest green building certification and will include:
- Low carbon operations through an energy efficient commercial building.
- Enhancements to the pedestrian infrastructure around the metro station and improvements to the public domain.
- End of trip facilities and high indoor environment quality outcomes for worker wellbeing.
- A dedicated multipurpose space that will be open to the community.
