Southlands Boulevarde total trade area has an estimated population of 84,680 as of December 2021, which is forecast to grow at an average annual rate of 0.8% reaching 94,830 by 2036. The average age of the main trade area population is 39.6 years. The main trade area average household income is $118,753 with 60.6% percentage of population with dependent children.

Our trade area

The Southlands Boulevarde trade area includes one primary sector, three secondary sectors and three tertiary sectors. The primary sector is bounded by Roe Highway in the south-east, Willeri Drive in the east and Melville Glades Golf Club and John Connell Reserve in the south, including part of the suburb of Willetton. The main trade area and generally extends 2 – 4 km in all directions from the site, reflecting the inner suburban location of the centre as well as the surrounding competition. In addition, three tertiary sectors are defined to make up the total trade area, which extends to the Canning River in the north and Armadale Road in the south.
