Craigieburn Central total trade area has an estimated population of 207,871 as of December 2022, which is forecast to grow at an average annual rate of 3.0% reaching 322,760 by 2036. The average age of the main trade area population is 33 years. The main trade area average household income is $109,661 with 67.1% percentage of population with dependent children.

Our trade area

The Craigieburn Central trade area has been defined to include one primary sector, two secondary sectors and one tertiary sector. The main trade area generally extends some 60 km to the north to include the towns of Wandong, Kilmore and Broadford, as well as around 8 – 10 km to the south to include the established residential areas of Greenvale and Roxburgh Park. In addition to the main trade area, a tertiary sector is also defined to the north. This sector extends approximately 85 km from the centre and includes the towns of Heathcote and Seymour.
