Erina Fair is one of the major regional shopping centres serving the Central Coast Region. The Central Coast region is generally considered to be bounded by the Hawkesbury River in the south, the Watagan Mountains in the west and the southern end of Lake Macquarie in the north. The defined Erina Fair total trade area incorporates a primary sector, two secondary sectors and two tertiary sectors.
