Plumpton Marketplace total trade area has an estimated population of 212,390 as of December 2021, which is forecast to grow at an average annual rate of 1.5% reaching 267,240 by 2036. The average age of the main trade area population is 33.8 years. The main trade area average household income is $90,718 with 64.7% of population with dependent children.

Our trade area

The Plumpton Marketplace total trade area includes one primary sector, four secondary sectors and two tertiary sectors. The primary sector incorporates the area within 2-3km around the centre, including the suburbs of Plumpton, Oakhurst, Glendenning and Dean Park. The total trade area extends some 5-10km from the centre, extending north to Vineyard, east to Quakers Hill, south to Minchinbury and west to St Marys.
