The ambitious Waterbank project is set to transform Perth's eastside precinct and is expected to generate 440 jobs during construction, provide 1,000 residential dwellings for 1,500 residents, 35,500 square metres of commercial and retail space and a range of community facilities and spaces

The 14 floor fit-out for the Bank West head office pioneered the introduction of Activity Based Workplace design and technology for both Bankwest and their parent company, Commonwealth Bank Australia
