Lendlease One International Towers Sydney Trust

Lendlease One International Towers Sydney Trust (LLOITST) is a trust of approximately A$2.7 billion, which was established in 2015. It holds a 100% interest in the largest of the three commercial towers being constructed by Lendlease at Barangaroo South, being International Towers Sydney - Tower One.

Barangaroo South is an urban regeneration project located on the last major waterfront site in the Sydney central business district (CBD). When completed, it will include three major office buildings, 800 residential apartments and a luxury hotel situated next to waterfront parklands.

Tower One has been developed and constructed by Lendlease to a Premium grade standard, offering tenants high-standard of  environmental credentials. The building is designed to take advantage of the outstanding harbour-front location, and has also achieved a 6 Star Green Star rating for Design and is targeting 6 Star Green Star rating As Built and 5.5 Star NABERS Energy and 5 Star NABERS Water ratings.

  • Tower One is an approximately 107,800 square metre Premium grade office tower. This includes 48 office levels and three levels of retail.  

Wynyard Walk pedestrian connection opened in September 2016, providing a direct pedestrian link between Wynyard and Barangaroo. 

Responsible Property Investment

LLOITST has a vision to be recognised as the global leader in responsible property investment. It acknowledges the sustainability aspirations of the broader Lendlease Group and is aligned with Lendlease’s key sustainability objectives.

The Fund has had a Responsible Property Investment strategy in place since 2017.

Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB)

The Fund participated in its first GRESB Real Estate Assessment in 2019, achieving a score of 94, ranking 17th overall from 964 GRESB respondents globally. It was ranked 11th from 212 GRESB respondents in the office peer group globally.
