Community & Stakeholder Management
Working within both our infrastructure projects and in head office you will support and deliver Community Action Plans; develop communication materials; create and deliver communication and community engagement initiatives; manage internal communication campaigns and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure effective delivery of campaigns.
Preferred Degrees: Communications, Public Relations, Social Science, Media
You will undertake rotations within various commercial functions gaining exposure to bids and proposals through Precontracts & Tenders; learn about head contracts and sub contracts through Legal; develop skills in forecasting, cashflow management and reporting within Project Finance. You will also be placed within one of our infrastructure projects to undertake procurement, contracts administration and project reporting.
Preferred Degrees: Business/ Commerce, Law, Construction Management
Working onsite within one of our infrastructure projects, you will learn the fundamentals of environmental management. Using science and engineering principles you will assist with the development and implementation of programs, projects and practices that ensure the company’s interests and responsibilities relating to the environment are protected and improved.
Preferred Degrees: Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Environmental, Health & Safety
You will become a specialist in Safety developing comprehensive knowledge of how the business designs, implements and embeds our principles of safety and methodology at both a project and corporate level. You will undertake analysis to identify safety and wellbeing issues to inform and develop new strategies and initiatives, support current safety programs and gain advisory experience within one of our infrastructure projects.
Preferred Degrees: Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health & Safety
Mechanical/Electrical /Telecommunications Engineer
Working within the design office or onsite on one of our infrastructure projects you will be involved in design, coordination and costing of mechanical, electrical, controls, communications and other related packages of works. You will also undertake planning, scheduling and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to deliver these packages of work in the construction delivery phase of our projects.
Preferred Degrees: Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering
Working either onsite in the construction delivery team on one of our civil infrastructure projects or in one of our regional offices in pre-contracts, tendering and estimating, you will gain experience in the key fundamentals of engineering including securing projects, planning and developing construction methodology, procurement, safety, on-site supervision and management of construction crews and subcontractors.
Preferred Degrees: Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering

Safety Graduate, B.OH&S Science
I spend the first few hours on site, reviewing activities and conducting inspections to identify any potential safety issues. The remainder of the day varies from training, instructing personnel, site inspections, audits, incident investigations, to responding to first aid emergencies on the project.
