Project Outcome
Located on the banks of Dianshan Lake, Ardor Gardens · Yi Pu Hui is surrounded by nature and picturesque scenery. The entire project is based on the theme of the four seasons and covers an area of approximately 85,000 square metres. It is a low-density senior living community consisting of more than 20 buildings of four to six floors, providing more than 800 well-furnished apartments and accommodate approximately 1,300 senior residents.
On 25th Sept. 2021, the first phase of the project, Autumn Garden, officially opened with the first six buildings and comprise more than 250 apartments. The remaining phases are expected to be gradually completed within a few months. The first group of residents also settled into the community for Phase One.
Ardor Gardens · Yi Pu Hui is equipped with its own health and wellbeing facilities, recreational areas, a clinic, a spa, swimming pool, restaurant, and a large community clubhouse to ensure its residents are well cared for. In addition, residents will also be able to enjoy the lush greenery and gardens as well as the natural waterways that cut through the community linking it to the area's heritage with inspiration drawn from the historic Zhujiajiao water town nearby.
Ardor Gardens · Yi Pu Hui offers a healthy lifestyle and premium resort-like services to all of the residents. These services will be provided by a team of experienced professionals from the luxury hospitality industry.
Ardor Gardens · Yi Pu Hui enjoys excellent connectivity to Shanghai City Centre and the rest of China. The project is located just a short drive away from Zhujiajiao train station on Metro Line 17, which connects Zhujiajiao to Shanghai City Centre and Hongqiao Transport Hub, a unique integrated transport hub comprises Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, and an interchange station for five subway lines as well as two high speed train lines - one to Beijing and the other to Shanghai Pudong International Airport.
Ardor Gardens · Yi Pu Hui also showcases Lendlease's leadership in two areas - creating an inclusive Senior Living community and sustainability, The community has achieved Two-Star Green Building Standards in 2020, and met Well Health-Safety Rated and Two-Star Healthy Building Standards in 2021.
