AstraZeneca China head office is located on a 26,767 m2 site within Shanghai’s Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park. . Lendlease was engaged in the Design Management capacity first and later expanded to the full scope of Design Management, Project Management and Construction Management.
Project Scope
Including an additional standalone seven level commercial office building for approximately 600 office employees. The facilities include amenities such as a cafeteria, clinic, fitness centre and meeting space, etc.
Project Features
- The Office building is designed according to the latest AstraZeneca Global Office Design Principle - iWorks in the interior design.
- Managing the LDI to obtain China Green 2 Star design certification as well as follow AstraZeneca’s stringent Global Sustainability Requirements.
