The project is to fit-out a 2-floor existing building, including a Class D clean room, change room, KANBAN, dock leveller, office, and plant room.
Project Feature
- The project is to renovate a standalone 3,600sqm building into an OSD production facility.
- Safety is both Lendlease and MSD’s highest priority.
- It is a cost-driven project.
